I am a Chef.
I am respectful and supportive of my cooks. I began in kitchens during a time when being nice was not how cooking was taught. This is a tongue in cheek outlet that shares many of the techniques and attitudes that I was trained with. Be warned, there will be vulgarity, so shut up, and get me a beer!
